• If you have allergies to grass, for example, we recommend another team
• This task takes place OUTSIDE the festival grounds.

Party like a beast – sleep – repeat!!

It’s hard work being at a festival, so we want to give our guests a nice place to retreat to.

We prepare the camping area at Sønder Hoved to be taken over by our many happy guests. The area needs to be cleared, spaces marked out, Tenthouses set up, and a functional and pleasant place to be created.

When the festival is over and everyone has left Helvede, everything has to be done again, just in reverse order, so we are ready to do it all again next year.

Organizing a festival can be unpredictable, so please be aware that you may be moved to another team or assigned different tasks than planned, if necessary.
