QUALIFICATIONS

• You are friendly and welcoming, with a cheerful disposition
• You are fluent in Danish and English
• You have an understanding of IT systems
• You can remain calm and keep track of things during busy periods

TASKS

In the support, we help volunteers and other crew members with any problems that may arise with their chip wristbands. You will receive a thorough introduction to the task, and there is always someone you can ask for help if the need arises.

This team also manages Lost & Found.

Organizing a festival can be unpredictable, so please be aware that you may be moved to another team or assigned different tasks than planned if necessary.
