TASKS
As part of the Help Desk Team, you are the go-to for the COPENHELL Crew with questions and in need of assistance. It is essential that you are willing to learn and communicate information received from team leaders. Experience in providing good service and handling administrative tasks is a plus.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Quick learner
  • Proficiency in both Danish and English, orally and in writing
  • Ability to remain calm and organized during busy periods
  • Expect standing for extended periods and some physical work
