• On this team, you’ll work a short shift each day of the festival from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM

• You must be able to stand and walk for many hours—and stay calm during busy periods

TASKS

During this shift, your task is to ensure a smooth flow at the restrooms and provide our guests with a positive experience.

You’ll serve as a restroom guide in our “restroom area,” where you’ll use your overview, good spirits, and a touch of humor to help guide guests to available restrooms, minimizing lines and avoiding unnecessary wait times. It should be fun and friendly—and feel free to use your personality.

In addition, you’re responsible for keeping the area neat and inviting:

• Keep an eye on the sink area and make sure it’s clean and tidy
• Check the restrooms regularly for cleanliness and to see if anything is missing
• Make sure supplies are always stocked—especially the black hand soap!
• You’ll also need to keep an eye on our small service basket and ensure it’s stocked with toiletries like tampons, toothpicks, spray deodorant, breath mints, etc.
• The goal is to ensure everything runs smoothly—while also giving guests a great experience so they leave with a smile.

Organizing a festival can be unpredictable, so please be aware that you may be moved to a different team or assigned different tasks than planned if necessary.
