TASKS
Here you have a great opportunity to keep your finger on the pulse! If you thrive in (at times) slightly chaotic situations, enjoy socializing, and are ready to get stuck in, this is the team for you.
The specific tasks here consist of: Helviti, Hades, the lock, the top, Satan’s Backyard, bottle mail, fences, entrance volunteers, gatekeepers, and the BV hall.
Please note: We do not promise any positions in advance, and you will be assigned to the various positions during your shift. Please note your preferences when registering for this team. As it includes positions both in the quiet areas and in the middle of the crowd, it is important that you write down any special requests you may have. We will then try to accommodate these as far as possible.
ABOUT TEAM SAFETY AND SERVICE
We make sure to keep hell safe. Working closely with security guards and volunteers, we fence off the festival grounds, make sure people don’t break glass or jump over fences, take care of sound/lighting, and much more. Safety is an important and crucial part of a good festival for everyone! You will NOT be involved in any conflicts – we have professional security guards on the sidelines for that.
The security team offers many different tasks for different needs – we have tasks where you have your finger directly on the pulse of critical areas, but also tasks where you can retreat to quieter areas.
Organizing a festival can be unpredictable, so please be aware that you may be moved to another team or assigned different tasks than planned if necessary.
