It\u2019s under \u201cMy shifts\u201d that you will accept your shifts. You have to<\/u> accept your shifts in order to get your ticket. If you cannot work on your assigned shift, you must message your team leader so you can find a solution together.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The shifts must be accepted by 15 May 2026. <\/p>\n You can\u2019t withdraw as a volunteer by not accepting your shifts. If you want to withdraw, you must do so via Copenhellcrew no later than 15 May 2026.<\/p>\n If you sign up after 15 May 2026, you must accept your shifts no later than 3 days<\/u> before your first shift. If you don\u2019t do this, you will be removed as a volunteer and receive a 3-year ban from Copenhellcrew and thus the opportunity to volunteer.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n NB!
