Ticket<\/strong><\/p>\n

When you\u2019ve been assigned your shifts and accepted them, you\u2019ll be able to access your ticket via your profile on Copenhellcrew.<\/p>\n

As a volunteer, you get access to all four days of the festival. Furthermore, you\u2019ll get access to our special volunteer area, Satan’s Backyard, where you\u2019ll find the volunteer bar along with many other fun and cozy activities throughout the festival!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Wristband<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can get your wristband at our pre-event at Onkel Dannys plads and at Crew Check-in on site. Additionally, please be aware of our criteria for receiving your crew wristband. You can read about it here.<\/a><\/p>\n

The crew wristband is personal and may under no circumstances be passed on to others. If you have any problems with your chip on the wristband, please contact our chip support.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re not able to wear your wristband between shifts for work-related reasons, please contact the Volunteer Office. If you need to remove your wristband and you are not on site, you must first contact the Volunteer Office and make an agreement. You can contact us at frivillig@copenhell.dk<\/a>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

When arriving for a shift<\/strong><\/p>\n

When volunteering at COPENHELL, you must check in and out for every shift. You do so in Crew Check-In. In some cases, you\u2019ll need to check in or out at the Volunteer Office or with your team leader. You\u2019ll receive a message if this applies to you. It\u2019s very important that you remember to check in and out for your shifts!<\/em><\/p>\n

When you arrive for your first shift, you’ll go through Crew Check-in, where you will get your crew wristband put on and check in and out of shifts. If you have been allocated food and drink tokens, these are on the chip of your crew wristband.<\/p>\n

You are only permitted to use the Crew Check-in as an entrance if you are on a shift. If you are not on shift, please use the main entrance.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Meeting time<\/strong><\/p>\n

Meeting times and places are stated in your shift overview in Copenhellcrew. Read more about Copenhellcrew here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Always make sure to arrive in plenty of time so that you are ready to work when your shift begins. We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before, so you have time to check in etc. If you also need to get your crew wristband put on, give yourself a little more time.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Breaks and meals<\/strong><\/p>\n

We all need to remember to eat, drink, and take breaks during a shift! Your team leader will make sure to inform you about where and when the meal break will take place.<\/p>\n

We provide tasty refreshments during your shifts, and it’s important to us that no one goes hungry or gets mummified from thirst. Read more about food and drink here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Small breaks are also important, but make sure to keep them in accordance with the work. If you need to be relieved on your shift, it’s very important that you don’t leave your station until someone has come to take your place.<\/p>\n

The Crew Area<\/strong><\/p>\n

During your shifts, you’ll also have access to the Crew Area, where you’ll find Restaurant Sk\u00e6rsilden and HELLpdesk. If you\u2019re not<\/strong> working a shift or running an errand, we ask that you do not enter this area.<\/p>\n

Wardrobe<\/strong><\/p>\n

Of course, we’ll take good care of your things while you’re on duty.<\/p>\n

We’re in the process of finding a killer wardrobe solution for 2026 and will update this page as soon as we have more information.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

HELLpdesk<\/strong><\/p>\n

At HELLpdesk, you can get help with anything and everything if you’re a volunteer. We’re here to give you the best possible experience as a volunteer and will do our best to answer any questions you may have.<\/p>\n

HELLpdesk is located in the Crew Area.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Build-up and take-down<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is also not permitted to be present on the festival site during set-up and take-down, unless you are working a shift. You\u2019re welcome to come and get your wristband put on before your first shift, but we cannot grant you access to the site unless you\u2019re working a shift.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Backstage areas<\/strong><\/p>\n

You are only allowed in backstage areas if you have an errand and\/or are on shift. Violating this may result in sanctions. Read more in Terms and Conditions<\/a>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

How to dress<\/strong><\/p>\n

We recommend practical and comfortable clothing that you don\u2019t mind getting dirty.<\/p>\n

Don’t forget good footwear, raingear, an extra sweater and sunscreen in your bag. The weather tends to be a mix of blazing sun and torrential downpours, so be prepared for all of it.<\/p>\n

You’ll be able to store your belonging either in the Crew Area or near your designated work spot while you are on shift.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Safety shoes<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you work before or after the festival, you will most likely be required to wear safety shoes. Feel free to bring your own safety shoes (they MUST be approved in category S1P, S3 or S5). We can also lend you safety shoes, but please remember to bring an extra pair of thick socks to make sure they are comfortable to wear.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Toilets and showers<\/strong><\/p>\n

There are toilets around the site; however, the number of toilets varies depending on when you’re on shift. You can always ask your team leader or HELLpdesk, who can direct you to the nearest toilet.<\/p>\n
