{"id":1241,"date":"2024-02-02T09:34:38","date_gmt":"2024-02-02T09:34:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.copenhellcrew.dk\/?post_type=team&#038;p=1241"},"modified":"2026-01-08T10:42:04","modified_gmt":"2026-01-08T10:42:04","slug":"pre-event","status":"publish","type":"team","link":"https:\/\/www.copenhellcrew.dk\/en\/team\/pre-event\/","title":{"rendered":"Pre event at Onkel Dannys Plads"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>PERIOD<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Before the festival (June 19-23, all days included)<\/li>\n<li>Shift lengths: 2&#215;10 hours + 2&#215;8 hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are friendly and welcoming, with a ready smile<\/li>\n<li>You have an understanding of IT systems<\/li>\n<li>You can stay calm and keep track of things during busy periods<\/li>\n<li>You can communicate in Danish and English<\/li>\n<li>You are flexible and help out where needed<\/li>\n<li>You are okay with standing for long periods of time<\/li>\n<li>You can work all 4 pre-event days from June 19-23<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>TASKS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At the pre-event at Onkel Dannys Plads, you will be the first face our paying guests, volunteers, invited guests, press, and partners see before COPENHELL!<\/p>\n<p>We scan tickets, staff the crew check-in, optimize queue management, keep the venue looking good, and work at the bar.<\/p>\n<p>All tasks are handled with a smile and good humor, even when things get busy!<\/p>\n<p>Tasks are assigned at the start of the shift, and you are expected to be willing to switch tasks when needed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>By signing up for this team, I agree to be flexible and willingly take on a variety of tasks during the pre-event. I understand that I may have to change tasks if it is deemed that there is a greater need for volunteers at another station.
