Hellraiser for our Crew office

Do you want to help keep the Crew office running?

We are looking for two passionate Hellraisers who want to be part of our Crew office!
We work as a Help desk, where we help the crew and volunteers with everything between heaven and hell – and we have fun in the meantime!

 

At the Crew office, you will have a central role in supporting volunteers on site. It could be that some people need their shift changed, or that people can’t figure out our Copenhellcrew website.
In addition, you will handle tasks such as accepting sick calls and following up on them, assigning new shifts, updating chip bracelets, etc.

 

We are looking for dedicated people who can see the beauty of working with systems and have a bit of technical flair. Knowledge of the HEAP system is super cool, but far from a requirement. The most important thing is that you are open to learning and want to dedicate yourself to the Crew office.

 

As part of the Crew office, you mainly put in your hours before and after the festival, as well as working a single shift during the festival itself – but don’t worry, we’ll listen to which moshpits you absolutely mustn’t miss!
