Criteria regarding responsibility for work environment, safety, work permits, and distribution of wristbands
You must read the following criteria carefully regarding responsibility for work environment, safety, work permits, and distribution of wristbands at COPENHELL:
Following regulatory requirements, we have intensified our focus on work environment, safety, and work permits.
This means that for all Suppliers and Stalls (Food Stalls and Merchant Street stalls) providing materials and/or services to COPENHELL, the following will now apply:
- You are solely responsible for the work environment and safety of your employees.
- Furthermore, you are solely responsible and guarantee that employees hired by you have the necessary work permits, etc., or are exempt from such requirements.
- COPENHELL is entitled to demand documentation that your employees have the required work permits, etc., or are exempt from such requirements. Please note that there are residence and work permits from other EU countries stating that the individual has residence and work permits throughout the EU. However, this is not accepted by the Danish authorities. A residence and work permit must be issued by a Danish authority before it is valid in Denmark.
- Should any claims arise in any way related to employees hired by you, you are responsible for holding COPENHELL liability-free.
- In case you use subcontractors, the above will also apply to you regarding the subcontractor’s employees.
All your employees must be registered with correct information and must present valid identification upon check-in at the festival.
COPENHELL approves the following types of valid identification:
- Passport
- Color picture of passport
- Official Identification card
- Driver’s license
If your employee cannot present any of the above upon distribution of crew wristbands, we reserve the right to refuse them access to the festival site.
If you have any questions regarding this, please contact your COPENHELL contact person.
