• As you will be working behind the scenes, you must respect the performers and understand that you are not allowed to ask questions or request autographs and photos. They need peace and quiet!

TASKS

COPENHELL’s Biergarten tent will once again be the setting for shows, fun, revelry, and a hell of a lot of beer in 2026! As part of this crew, you will be on duty during the festival, helping with practical tasks and production. In short: You will help ensure that shows, stages, and the area run safely, efficiently, and on time!

The tasks include:

• Assisting the Stage Manager and Sideshow Coordinator.
• Runner tasks (fetching/delivering equipment, props, etc.).
• Helping with load-in and load-out of gear and stage design.
• Preparation and changes on stage.
• Ad hoc tasks as needed to ensure smooth operation.

This is a great team for those who like a fast pace and to get a production up and running!
