RESPONSIBILITIES 

In this role, you’re responsible for ensuring the information booth’s tasks are carried out and that there’s a positive atmosphere with a focus on service, service, service.

You must ensure that all R.I.P. guests are warmly welcomed and receive a friendly greeting as they arrive. It’s your job to ensure that guests can get answers to various questions as well as any recommendations for food, music, and other good (and bad) things.

Organizing a festival can be unpredictable, so please be aware that you may be moved to a different team or assigned tasks other than those planned, if necessary.
