TASKS

This team is for those who love talking to the lovely festival guests and guiding them safely into hell.

For this team, we are looking for volunteers who will stand in the entrance area and guide people in the right direction and answer questions. So if you’re up for some fun and games, this team is perfect for you! And if you wear an outstanding costume, we’ll welcome you with open arms – the more you stand out, the better!

We expect friendly chats and questions about tickets, parking, buses, show times, favorite bands, and much more. We will, of course, equip you well for the task.

It is expected that you stand out on this team, so some form of dressing up is more of a must than a choice. You will be at the center of the crowd and should preferably get energy from being on stage and visible!

ABOUT TEAM SECURITY AND SERVICE

We make sure to keep Hell safe. In close collaboration with security guards and volunteers, we fence off Hell, make sure people don’t break glass or jump over fences, take care of sound/lighting, and much more. Safety is an important and crucial part of a good festival for everyone! You will NOT be involved in any conflicts – we have professional security guards who are on the sidelines for that.

The security team offers many different tasks for different needs – we have tasks where you have your finger directly on the pulse of critical areas, but also tasks where you can retreat to quieter areas.

Organizing a festival can be unpredictable, so please be aware that you may be moved to another team or assigned different tasks than planned if necessary.
