Pre event at Onkel Dannys Plads
PERIOD
- Before the festival (June 19-23, all days included)
- Shift lengths: 2×10 hours + 2×8 hours
QUALIFICATIONS
- You are friendly and welcoming, with a ready smile
- You have an understanding of IT systems
- You can stay calm and keep track of things during busy periods
- You can communicate in Danish and English
- You are flexible and help out where needed
- You are okay with standing for long periods of time
- You can work all 4 pre-event days from June 19-23
TASKS
At the pre-event at Onkel Dannys Plads, you will be the first face our paying guests, volunteers, invited guests, press, and partners see before COPENHELL!
We scan tickets, staff the crew check-in, optimize queue management, keep the venue looking good, and work at the bar.
All tasks are handled with a smile and good humor, even when things get busy!
Tasks are assigned at the start of the shift, and you are expected to be willing to switch tasks when needed.
By signing up for this team, I agree to be flexible and willingly take on a variety of tasks during the pre-event. I understand that I may have to change tasks if it is deemed that there is a greater need for volunteers at another station. I also understand that tasks may arise during the pre-event that are not yet known or described.
