Here you can find answers to the most common questions regarding our volunteer platform, Copenhellcrew
FIND YOUR TEAMLEADER
- Sign in and select “My teams”
- Under “Team leaders”, you’ll find your team leader(s)
- If you have any questions, your team leader(s) will be happy to help you. They will also be in charge of coordinating your shift plan. Contact your team leader directly through the Copenhellcrew messaging function.
- Some teams are so large that the team leader has a more coordinating role. Therefore, not everyone will meet their team leader on site, but you will be assigned a person on your shift.
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
Forgot your password? Help is on its way!
- Click “Sign in” in the top right corner
- Click “Forgot your password?”
- Enter the email address you used to register
- You’ll shortly receive an email
- Click the link in the email to change your password
(If you’re automatically signed into www.copenhellcrew.dk after clicking the link, then go to “Edit profile” to change your password)
SEE AND ACCEPT YOUR SHIFTS
- Sign in and select “My shifts”. When your shifts are published, this is where you’ll see them.
Here, you can see the following information about your shifts: where to meet, when to be there, the name of your team and the shift.
IMPORTANT! It’s under “My shifts” that you will accept your shifts. You have to accept your shifts in order to get your ticket. If you cannot work on your assigned shift, you must message your team leader so you can find a solution together.
The shifts must be accepted by 20 May 2025.
You can’t withdraw as a volunteer by not accepting your shifts. If you want to withdraw, you must do so via Copenhellcrew no later than 20 May 2025.
If you sign up after 20 May 2025, you must accept your shifts no later than 3 days before your first shift. If you don’t do this, you will be removed as a volunteer and receive a 3-year ban from Copenhellcrew and thus the opportunity to volunteer.
SIGN UP AS A VOLUNTEER
You can sign up as a volunteer through our open sign-up portal here

- You’re looking for a specific team to match particular skills
- You want to be a Hardcore Helper (year-round volunteer)
- You want to sign up as a Trooper (our volunteers under 18)

WITHDRAWING AS A VOLUNTEER
- Sign in and select “Profile” by clicking on your name.
- Under “personal information”, you’ll be able to withdraw as a volunteer until 20 May 2025.
- You cannot withdraw as a volunteer by not accepting your shifts.
- If you regret withdrawing, send us an email at frivillig@copenhell.dk
NB! After 20 May 2025, your registration is considered binding. If you are unable to volunteer, please send an email to frivillig@copenhell.dk with a description and reason for your withdrawal. Late withdrawal without a valid reason may result in a 3-year ban from Copenhellcrew and thus the opportunity to volunteer.
YOUR TICKET
- Sign in and select “My ticket”. This is where your ticket will be available when you’ve received and accepted your shifts.
We recommend that you print your ticket or save it on your phone.
REMEMBER! Bring a valid ID when exchanging your ticket for your crew wristband!
You will not be able to get your crew wristband without a valid ID!
