The following must be approved in the registration for COPENHELLCREW:

• I hereby give my consent for COPENHELL to collect and process my personal data in connection with my work as a volunteer at COPENHELL 2024. Personal data includes: name, address, date of birth, telephone number and email. This list is not exhaustive, but the data processing does not include sensitive personal data
• My consent includes COPENHELL’s right to use my data in connection with my work as a volunteer at COPENHELL 2024. The data will be reused the following year to offer you a new volunteer job at COPENHELL.
• I authorize COPENHELL to share my name with other volunteers at COPENHELL 2024.

I can withdraw my consent at any time and be deleted from COPENHELL’s system. However, if the consent is withdrawn, I will no longer be able to volunteer at Copenhell. Contact frivillig@copenhell.dk if you have any questions.

I have been made aware that I have a duty of confidentiality under section 264d of the Danish Criminal Code regarding personal data that I come into possession of in connection with my work as a volunteer at COPENHELL. In this regard, I commit to returning, deleting, and/or destroying all data that may be covered by the General Data Protection Regulation after the end of the festival.

The data covered is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Article 6(1a) (General Data Protection Regulation).

Use of photo and video material

I understand and agree:

• That COPENHELL reserves the right to use any photo and video material in which I appear
• That I can write to frivillig@copenhell.dk if I want, for example, a photo in which I appear to be removed
